Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Dispatcher to join our team. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily transportation activities, manage communication with drivers and clients, and ensure smooth logistics operations. Your proactive approach will help keep our supply chain running seamlessly and support our commitment to excellence.

Duties

* Coordinate and assist with dispatching drivers and scheduling loads

* Communicate with drivers, customers, and brokers in a professional manner

* Track shipments and provide status updates

* Handle emails, phone calls, and data entry

* Maintain accurate records of loads,



deliveries, and paperwork

* Support daily office and logistics operations

Requirements:

* Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

* Good computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, basic systems)

* Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Previous experience in dispatching, trucking, or logistics is an asset but not required
