Are you a motivated and experienced Collections professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking dynamic Senior Collections Agents to join our forward-thinking team!

APPLICANTS LIVING OUTSIDE THE GTA, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and communicate with customers regarding outstanding accounts.
- Accurately receive and apply payments to customer accounts.
- Provide guidance and follow-up support to customers on overdue balances.
- Initiate necessary actions for account recovery, including repossession or service disconnection.
- Maintain comprehensive records and status updates for customer accounts.

Qualifications:

- Minimum one(1) year experience handling 3rd party collections
- Proven experience in billing, collections, and/or customer service.




- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization capabilities.

Requirements:

- Must pass a thorough criminal background check and credit assessment.
- Availability to work evenings and Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Access to a device that can be compatible with DuoMobile App, required for secure communications.

NOTE: hourly rate will vary depending on candidate experience.
