Position: Full Time/Part Time Quality Assurance Technician

Brief Job Description: Reporting to Plant Manager and QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards. Any other additional duties assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Online quality check

2. Shelf life testing

3. Environmental Swabbing

4. Verification of production records

5. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs

6. Calibration of Equipment

7. Incoming raw materials inspection

8. GMP and other Food Safety trainings

9. Maintain all QA Records

10. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices

11. Other duties as assigned





Skills and specifications:

1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science

2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program

3. Knowledge of HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP

4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment

5. Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines

6. Ability to work in refrigerated workplace for a long period of time

7. Ability to stand for an extended period of time

8. May need to work different hours

Salary:

Competitive salary and wages are negotiable depending on experience.
