Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Zumba Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and Zumba training, with the ability to educate and motivate clients in their fitness journey. As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead group classes, provide personalized training sessions, and create a welcoming setting for all participants. Bilingual skills in English and French are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Duties

- Conduct engaging and effective fitness classes tailored to various skill levels.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages participation and community among members.
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and track their progress.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating clients to achieve their fitness objectives.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workout area and equipment.




- Offer exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience for all participants.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a similar role within the fitness industry.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to educate clients on Zumba principles while providing outstanding customer service.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivation among clients.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their personal goals.
- Availability to work Saturday's from 3:00pm-3:55pm.
- Available to teach each session - September-December, January-April, April-June
