We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, providing exceptional customer service while effectively communicating repair needs and recommendations. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Duties

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate automotive services.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and service recommendations.
- Handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper documentation of sales and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-up communications.
- Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles during service appointments.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry or dealership environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic accounting practices.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Computer skills or dealership management software experience an asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
