Job Overview

We are looking for skilled, energetic, and customer-focused Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing beverages, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This position is best suited for experienced bartenders who can confidently manage a busy bar while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and utensils
- Use the POS system (Micros POS preferred) for orders and payments
- Ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking when required
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience is required. Applications without relevant bartending experience will not be considered.




- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant, pub, or bar setting is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service
- Experience using POS systems (Micros POS experience is an asset)
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Smart Serve Certification is required or must be obtained before starting employment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when required

Pay: $17.60-$22.29 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
