Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and clients, ensuring a seamless experience in our pediatric physiotherapy clinic. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage patient inquiries will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and support.

Duties

- Manage inquiries, scheduling, cancellations, and insurance processing
- Maintain clinic environment, complete cleaning tasks, and monitor supplies
- Update records, upload documents, and ensure intake forms are completed
- Provide handoffs, stay informed, and assist with special projects
- Support physiotherapists, volunteers, and ensure patient flow

Requirements





- High school diploma/GED and office administration skills
- Proficient in typing, correspondence, and basic math
- Solid technical skills in Microsoft Office, Apple, and databases
- Excellent problem-solving, record-keeping, and inventory management
- Strong communication, customer service, and adaptability
