Overview
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Case Processor to join our growing team in Thornhill Hill.
This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience preparing Canadian immigration applications who can manage files independently while providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Canadian immigration applications.
- Complete IRCC forms accurately.
- Review supporting documents and identify missing information.
- Manage client files from intake to submission.
- Communicate with clients regarding document requests and application updates.
- Draft submission letters and supporting correspondence.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of IRCC online portals and digital application systems
- Monitor deadlines and maintain organized case files.
- Stay up to date with Canadian immigration policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and IRCC procedures.
- Experience preparing applications such as:
- Refugee
- Express Entry and PNP
- Work Permits and Study Permits
- Visitor Visas
- Family Sponsorship
- LMIA
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Persian (Farsi) is an asset.
