Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction. This role requires proficiency in both hands-on tasks and project management, ensuring high-quality workmanship across multiple areas including carpentry. The ideal canidate will play a crucial role in executing projects from start to finish while maintaining safety standards and adhering to timelines.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction tasks accurately.
- Assist in concrete forming and masonry work as needed for various projects.
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures to enhance durability and aesthetics.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Carry out construction painting duties to ensure a polished finish on all projects.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required during the execution of tasks.




- Assist with framing and general new construction tasks
- Provide maintenance person services including assembly, caulking, plumbing repairs, and minor electrical work.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

Experience
Candidates should possess a diverse skill set that includes:

- Proficiency in carpentry, woodworking, and general construction practices.
- Atleast 5 to 10yrs experience in construction.
- Experience in flooring installation and tile laying techniques.
- Knowledge of construction estimating to assist in project planning.
- A solid understanding of roofing systems and installation methods.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or construction workplace is preferred. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various tasks as needed. A commitment to safety practices is essential in this role.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
