Shipper/Receiver

Location: Dartmouth, NS
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:

- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Full-time, Day Shift

Nova Staffing is currently recruiting for a Shipper/Receiver on behalf of our client in Dartmouth, NS. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

- Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities and condition
- Prepare, pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Organize and stock warehouse materials and products
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is considered an asset)
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications





- Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping documentation
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
