Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business by identifying, prospecting, and converting leads into active clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative sales, consistent follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
- Support existing client accounts by identifying staffing needs and providing effective recruitment solutions.
- Recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and permanent placement opportunities.
- Manage multiple client and candidate priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment while meeting deadlines and activity goals.
- Collaborate with internal team members to deliver a positive client and candidate experience.
