A well-established boutique law firm with multiple offices in British Columbia is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its collaborative and client-focused team. The firm specializes in family law, civil litigation, and general solicitor work, offering a supportive environment with a strong and established client base.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a lawyer to independently manage family law matters from start to finish. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and handling negotiations and mediations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a full caseload of family law files independently

- Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients

- Draft pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents

- Represent clients in court proceedings

- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations





- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice law in British Columbia

- Minimum 5 years of experience in family law

- Strong advocacy, drafting, and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively

- Self-motivated with a client-focused approach

- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

- Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a team environment
