Ski & Snowboard Instructors – Adaptive Snow School Team (Winter 2026/2027)

Job Type: Full-Time Seasonal (Year-Round Permanent options available)

Pay: Starting at $23.00/hour for CADS Level 1 certification (scales upward for Level 2, 3, or dual credentials)

Our Snow School is looking for dedicated, guest-focused Adaptive Ski & Snowboard Instructors certified through CADS (Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing) to lead our adaptive snow sports programs for the upcoming winter season!

What We Are Looking For (Mandatory Requirements)

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Legal Status: Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid Canadian Work Permit.
- Certification: Active certification with CADS (Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing). (Additional CSIA or CASI certifications are a strong asset and eligible for dual-credential pay scales!)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality, safe, and fun adaptive ski and snowboard lessons to guests with cognitive, sensory, or physical disabilities (group and private sessions).




- Safely fit, set up, and operate specialized adaptive equipment (e.g., sit-skis, outriggers, tethering systems).
- Conduct individual assessments to tailor instruction to each student's unique mobility, goals, and needs.
- Collaborate with student support networks, families, or volunteers to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
- Prioritize student safety, comfort, and risk management on the slopes at all times.
- Assist with Snow School setup, breakdown, and adaptive program coordination.
