We're hiring licensed real estate agents who want to grow their production, sharpen their skills, and build a long-term career in real estate.

Our agents work company-provided buyer leads backed by the training, coaching, and support to focus on what matters: serving clients and closing deals. The agents who do well here are ambitious, coachable, and proactive. They follow up consistently and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.

What You'll Be Doing

- Working live buyer leads sent straight to your phone
- Running buyer consultations and property showings
- Writing offers and negotiating on behalf of clients
- Managing follow-up through our CRM
- Holding a minimum of 5 quality real estate conversations per business day
- Showing up for weekly training and coaching

Who We're Looking For

- You're a licensed Ontario Realtor,



or you're currently working toward your license
- You love talking to people and you're good at building real connections
- You don't need someone watching over your shoulder to stay on task
- You're treating real estate as your career, not a side income
- You're open to coaching, even if you've been in the business for years

- You're not a licensed Realtor in Ontario and not actively enrolled in licensing courses
- You're uncomfortable on the phone or thrown off by rejection
- You're looking for a salaried role or guaranteed income
- You're hoping to do this part-time or as a side hustle
- You'd rather not be held accountable to daily activity numbers

Compensation

Commission-based. Agents on our team typically earn between $50,000 and $300,000 annually depending on experience and production.

Pay: $50,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
