Vincent Tent and Event Rentals Inc. is a growing event rental company serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, providing tents, furniture, staging, flooring, and event equipment for weddings, corporate functions, festivals, and private events. We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our continued growth and strengthen our presence across the GTA event market.

Position Details

- Position: Marketing Coordinator

- Employment Type: Permanent, Full time
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Wage: $40.00 per hour
- Location: Scarborough, Ontario
- Language: English

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

- Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitors.
- Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms.
- Create advertising, promotional, and digital marketing content.
- Coordinate email marketing and online advertising initiatives.
- Build relationships with event planners, venues, corporate clients, and industry partners.
- Support the promotion of weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private event services.




- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, community events, and promotional activities.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

- College diploma or university degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, business development, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an asset.
- Experience in hospitality, events, tourism, or customer service industries is considered an asset.
