Providing on the job support to an individual with a developmental disability within their work setting in a fast food location in Conception Bay South.

Client works:

Monday 9am-2pm

Tuesday 9am -2pm

Thursday 2pm-7pm

Saturday 10am-2pm

Duties include working alongside the individual to provide support, encouragement, and motivation; modelling tasks; and ensuring work is completed to the employer's required standards. Responsibilities also include assisting the client with assigned duties such as light cleaning, delivering orders to customers, and completing other tasks as required.

We are looking for a reliable, patient, and compassionate individual who is understanding, supportive, and able to provide encouragement and motivation when needed. Must be able to provide a clear Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check upon hire. Minimum academic requirement of High School Diploma or equivalent. Related training or work experience considered an asset.

$17.00/hr plus 4% vacation pay.
