We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join the team. Candidates must be prepared to attend on-site testing and interviews, with immediate availability upon successful completion.

Schedule: 8am to 4h30pm

Salary: depends on level of expertise and experience on the Raymond Reach

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate the Raymond Reach Trucks and Walkie

*
Perform receiving, order picking, shipping, inventory control, and cycle counts

*
Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to support operations

*
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and strict safety protocols

*
Maintain productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets

*
Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and work at heights (Order Picker)





*
Participate in cycle counts, move pallets, and maintain a clean warehouse setting

*
Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety standards

Requirements:
*
Valid forklift certification (Raymond Reach and Walkie)

*
Experience with RF-based WMS systems (e.g., Red Prairie)

*
Secondary school diploma preferred

*
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work safely at heights

*
Safety-conscious and aware of MHE protocols and facility security procedures
