Summer Food Truck Staff – PNE 2026
Vancouver, BC | August 22nd – September 7th (closed first 2 Mondays)

Next Gen. Concessions is hiring friendly, reliable, and energetic team members to join our food truck crew at the 2026 Pacific National Exhibition. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, like working with people, and want to make some summer income before heading back to school, this could be a great fit.

We’re looking for individuals who have some customer service experience—whether that’s in food service, retail, or another team-based role. If you’ve played sports or worked in a collaborative setting, you’ll likely feel right at home.

What the role involves:

- Taking guest orders and operating the POS system for payments
- Prepping, assembling, and serving food
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized
- Working as part of a fast-moving team to deliver great service

You’ll need to be available for most of the PNE schedule (August 22 to September 7), with weekends being especially important as they’re our busiest days.



The first two Mondays are non-operational, so those will be off.

This role is ideal for students or anyone looking to pick up a short-term job that’s both rewarding and fun. You'll get to work in a lively environment, meet excellent people, and gain experience in one of BC’s most iconic summer events.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: From $18.35 per hour
