- No prior experience required
- Experience with machinery (e.g., saws, drills, hand tools) is an asset
- Ability to take accurate measurements
- Reliable access to transportation
- Capable of performing physically demanding work, including prolonged standing
- Able to follow instructions clearly and effectively
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
