Job Summary

currently seeking experienced Class 1 Drivers for an on‑call position supporting oil and gas operations as well as general freight services. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to operate a variety of equipment, including semi‑trucks and 1‑ton to 2‑ton trucks with multiple trailer and load types. Drivers must be safety‑focused and capable of handling flat deck loads, equipment hauling, and cross‑border deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Class 1 semi‑trucks along with 1‑ton and 2‑ton trucks and trailers
- Haul oil and gas related loads, general freight, flat deck loads, and equipment
- Be confident in navigating oil and gas lease roads
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload freight and equipment
- Complete pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate logbooks, trip records, and shipping documentation
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients and work sites
- Be available for on‑call dispatch, including short‑notice work and wide-ranging schedules

Required Qualifications

- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with clean abstract




- Ability and eligibility to cross the Canada–US border
- Valid CSO certification
- Valid H2S Alive
- Valid Standard First Aid
- Experience with flat deck and equipment hauling
- Strong understanding of load securement practices
- Physically capable of handling manual tasks related to freight and equipment
- Reliable, flexible, and safety‑oriented

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in oil and gas hauling
- Cross‑border driving experience
- Mechanical aptitude or basic equipment knowledge

Work Conditions

- On‑call / as‑needed
- Local, regional, and potential cross‑border work
- Varying hours depending on operational needs
- Outdoor work in different weather conditions

The successful candidate will be required to provide a current driver’s abstract, pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, along with a complete history of previous driving experience. Professional references from past employers or supervisors must also be supplied and will be contacted as part of the hiring process.

Pay: $25.00-$36.52 per hour
