Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and passionate female Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

- Conduct one-on-one training sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Develop personalized fitness programs that incorporate strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and flexibility routines.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to maximize results.
- Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment.




- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages client engagement and retention.

Requirements

- Certification from a recognized personal training organization is required.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates (especially in French) are highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively schedule sessions and manage client appointments.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate clients towards achieving their fitness goals.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed in their wellness journey.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
