We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Key Holder to join our retail team. This is a Part time position with approx. 4-20 hours per week. Candidates must be available all 7 days of the week. This role involves managing daily sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting store operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a quick-paced environment. As a key holder, you will also assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Responsibilities

- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately and quickly
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments with precision and security
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with product selections, and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stock levels
- Support store opening and closing procedures as a key holder, including securing the premises
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Use technology sales skills to educate customers about products and features




- Manage time effectively to ensure all responsibilities are completed efficiently

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures is advantageous
- Experience in merchandising or technical sales is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role

Pay: $18.25-$18.75 per hour
