Location: Salary: $17.60/ hour plus tip pool (paid out on bi-weekly basis)

*approximately $2.00 tip pool per hour

About us: Dave’s Hot Chicken is a mind- blowing fast casual brand that has been heating up Toronto neighborhoods. We are now heading out throughout GTA bringing the heat to Kitchener. Founded in Los Angeles in 2017 as a parking lot pop-up serving Nashville Hot Chicken, the Dave’s Hot Chicken brand has exploded into permanent restaurant locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Team Members will work productively in a fast-paced environment and be interacting with guests, work closely with other Team Members to complete tasks, and conduct other duties assigned by the restaurant management team.

Abilities Required:

· Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

· Excellent time management skills





· Strong people/guest service skills

· Ability to look at the restaurant operations from a guest’s point of view

· Ability to take initiative and solve problems

· Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment

· Effective communicator with co-workers and the restaurant management team.

Additional Requirements:

· Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred

· Must be at least 16years old (18yrs- alcohol service position)

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Positive attitude while conducting any and all duties

· Commitment to guest satisfaction

· Able to bend and stoop

· Able to work around heat

· Able to work around others in close quarters

· Able to lift 50-75 lbs. comfortably.
