We are recruiting for a full-time schedule requiring one late evening (8:30-8:00pm) and one mandatory Saturday (8:30am-11:30am).

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Collection Agent to join our growing team to work on high profile Banking and Utility clients. In this role, you'll leverage your experience and communication skills to recover past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

You're a great fit if you have:

- 5+ years of experience in collections
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English for consistent collection calls
- Superior communication, math skills to negotiate high level of problem-solving skills
- Quality assurance testing regularly
- Other duties as required.
- Proven leadership skills
- Teamwork skills
- A proven track record of exceeding collection goals
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A commitment to professional, ethical and compliant collection practices
- Utilize skip tracing techniques and databases
- Analyze and evaluate financial reports and data
- Clear background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $36,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
