We’re a busy paintless dent repair (PDR) company specializing in premium hail damage repairs. We run one home shop plus technicians hosted at partner dealerships/bodyshops across the region, and mobile techs covering rural work. Our technicians are independent subcontractors. We’re hiring a General Manager to run day-to-day operations: keeping our technician network working, overseeing production quality, managing customer and insurance relationships, and shop performance. Key to note that we value quality and consistency in all areas.

What You’ll Own

Technician network: Keep our subcontracted techs consistently working — track workload across every host site, reallocate proactively, and manage our rotation system

Production: Run vehicle flow from intake to delivery, set production targets, final quality control

Customer & insurance: First point of contact for customers and bodyshop and dealership bookings; manage estimates and supplements (Mitchell Connect); handle all MPI adjuster communication and claims

Day-to-day operations:



Scheduling, invoicing, vendor relationships, and managing our 2 driver/helpers

Growth: Maintain and strengthen existing bodyshop, dealer, and insurance relationships, develop helper/drivers

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience managing a hail repair shop, PDR operation, or auto body/collision production department

Experience managing a subcontractor/independent technician workforce

Familiarity with MPI’s report card and direct estimating process, and Mitchell Connect

Sound judgment on repair quality and when to prioritize it over speed

Valid driver’s license, clean Driver’s Abstract; must pass Criminal Record Check

Comfortable with extended hours during peak storm season
