A and B Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator who values the importance of being our first point of contact for our patients while you provide exceptional customer service with a smile. You know how to manage the day to day tasks effciently and independantly. Day to day tasks that include managing the practice schedule, billing patients, sending out pre authorisations, receiving pre authorisations, patient follow up and working with our manager to ensure a smooth and productive day. We use Tracker, chartless and digital.

We have long term staff and long term and new patients that we value like family. We value our team and strive to always have open communication and tranparency in our office.

You have at least 2 years of consistent Dental Front Desk Experience. You enjoy building relationships with patients and your team.



You have attention to detail and ensure all tasks are completed and patient care is your main focus.

Your experience gives you the understanding of how to manage a schedule and book effectively. As well, how to work with dental insurance, breakdowns and patient estimation. You have sent out pre authorisations with success and understand how to process, re submit and speak to patients about approvals.

Workdays: M- Fri or Tues -Sat. Hours are M T WED 10-6:15 and THU, FRI 9:00-5:00 SAT 9:00-4:00 staff parking available, 1/2 block from the Commercial Drive Skytrain.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
