Job Title: Septic Installer & Heavy Equipment Operator
Location: Simcoe County, ON (Travel required across York Region, Kawarthas & Georgian Bay)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Septic Installer & Equipment Operator to join our team in the installation of residential and commercial septic systems. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of septic install experience and hands-on experience operating excavation equipment installation procedures. This role requires regular travel across Simcoe County, including York Region, the Kawarthas, and Georgian Bay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform septic system installations: excavations, tank set, backfill, leach field prep, trenching, and site restoration
- Operate excavators, skid steers, and other equipment for septic system installation
- Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and installation drawings
- Ensure proper excavation depths, pipe grading, and system layout according to Ontario Building Code standards
- Coordinate with crew members and subcontractors on-site
- Maintain equipment and perform daily safety inspections
- Travel to various job sites throughout the region as scheduled




- Follow health and safety protocols and environmental compliance requirements
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of septic install experience
- 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in septic or utility installation
- Valid DZ or G license with clean driving record (AZ an asset)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to travel daily across regions (vehicle and travel time compensated)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
