Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their dining experience.

Duties

- Maintaining restaurant standards and perform service duties.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math for checks.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area,



including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and check processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Passion to expand food and beverage knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
