About the Role

We're a growing group of businesses in the GTA looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations Coordinator to help run the day-to-day across two of our operations: a restoration company and a transportation & logistics operation.

This is a full-time, on-the-ground role for someone who's organized, dependable, and eager to learn. You won't be expected to know everything on day one — we'll train you. What matters most is showing up, staying on top of moving pieces, and keeping both units running smoothly. If you're looking to grow into a bigger operations role over time, this is a great place to build.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate daily operations across both the restoration and logistics units
- Help schedule crews, equipment, and jobs so nothing falls through the cracks
- Support route planning and dispatch for deliveries and pickups
- Track job progress and keep customers and team members updated
- Handle scheduling conflicts and shifting priorities calmly and quickly
- Communicate with drivers, technicians, and supervisors throughout the day
- Keep basic records, logs, and paperwork organized and current
- Pitch in wherever the day requires — this is a roll-up-your-sleeves role

What We're Looking For

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to juggle competing priorities
- Comfortable communicating with crews, drivers, and customers
- A quick learner with a positive,



problem-solving attitude
- Valid Full G driver's licence
- A Clean Ontario Driver's Abstract
- You are very comfortable with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, scheduling apps)

Bonus (not required):

- Any background in restoration, mitigation, or water damage work
- WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or route coordination
