Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, reliable couple or team to serve as on-site Resident Managers. This is an excellent opportunity for those who take pride in maintaining a lovely character property and enjoy hands-on work in a desirable neighbourhood.
Key Duties
- Primary tenant liaison – handle inquiries, communications, and basic tenant relations.
- Groundskeeping and interior/exterior property upkeep, including maintenance of the beautiful courtyard garden and Wellington Crescent yard.
- General building oversight to ensure cleanliness, safety, and tenant satisfaction.
- Light administrative tasks and coordination with head office as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Green thumb or passion for gardening and property pride.
- Reliable, personable, and responsive with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work as a couple or small team.
- Previous property management or maintenance experience an asset.
Compensation
