Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes through various tasks, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, applying both manual skills and mechanical knowledge to support landscape projects and ongoing maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, pruning, mowing, edging, and general gardening activities to maintain healthy and attractive landscapes
- General Site clean up including waste removal, litter pick and washroom cleaning when required
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal operation and safety
- Apply horticultural practices to promote plant health and growth
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working with mechanical equipment and construction tools
- Assist with debris removal, soil preparation,
and other related outdoor maintenance tasksQualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or related fields is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in outdoor maintenance
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Solid work ethic with attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Experience:
- Heavy Equipment (tractors/mowers): 3 years (preferred)
