Server Position – Now Hiring

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld, and contribute to a welcoming and high-energy dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining a positive attitude. All candidates must hold valid Serving It Right certification.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 year of serving or hosting experience
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Valid Serving It Right certification (required)
- Experience with Squirrel POS is preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash and payments accurately
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience




- Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with team operations, including light food prep when needed
- Manage multiple tables efficiently during busy service periods
- Address guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for billing and cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
