Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and optimize production schedules, to meet delivery targets and operational efficiency
- Oversee and coordinate drafting schedules in alignment with production timelines
- Monitor workflow from design through fabrication to ensure adherence to deadlines
- Act as a liaison between internal departments (engineering, drafting, production, procurement) to ensure seamless execution
- Communicate with clients regarding project status, timelines, and changes.
- Manage and prioritize client requests, ensuring expectations and deadlines are met
- Forecast completion dates based on capacity, resources, and workflow constraints
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase productivity

Required Qualifications

- Strong background in production scheduling and planning
- Proven experience in a manufacturing facility. Preferably in an aluminum or metal fabrication environment or similar..
- Experience managing both drafting and production workflows.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams and with clients




- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in scheduling and planning tools such as:

- Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, scheduling sheets)
- Google Sheets (cooperative scheduling and tracking)
- Microsoft Project (structured production scheduling)
- Smartsheet (collaborative workflow tracking)
- CAD/drafting workflow exposure (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Not required to know how to use CAD. Just to be familiar with environment.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
