What We're Looking For - The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous flower shop experience (required)
- Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Enjoy connecting with customers in person and over the phone
- Be a dependable team player who can also work independently
- Be confident, honest, organized, and solution-oriented
- Be creative with excellent attention to detail
- Be willing to serve as a keyholder
- Be available to work evenings and weekends, as we're open 7 days a week

ResponsibilitiesYour role will include a variety of tasks, including:

- Creating beautiful floral arrangements for everyday occasions, sympathy, weddings, and events
- Designing hand-tied bouquets for walk-in customers
- Providing exceptional customer service in-store and by phone
- Processing telephone, website, and international wire orders
- Receiving and processing fresh flowers for display and sale




- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming shop, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and general housekeeping
- Cleaning and sanitizing flower buckets, display coolers, and the walk-in cooler
- Assisting wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly

A portfolio of your floral design work may be requested. Final candidates should be prepared to create a floral arrangement during the interview.

Hours

This position will begin at approximately 25–30 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours during busy floral seasons and holidays. As business grows, so can your schedule.
