ACTION Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in workmanship, communicates professionally & enjoys solving problems on residential and commercial / multifamily roofing systems.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 3+ years sloped asphalt roofing experience
- (new construction and renovations).
- Experience installing metal roofing and 2 ply roof systems is an asset
- Troubleshooting skills to identify problem areas, determine solutions, and complete full repairs.
- Work and communicate with crews, ensuring work meets industry best practices and Action standards.
- Hands-on experience operating equipment
- (manlift, forklift, trailers, sheet metal brake).
- Strong communication, customer service & organization skills in fast paced environment
- Ability to operate digital applications
- (photos, job apps, site docs, email)
- Capable of heavy lifting, handling material and hauling equipment
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm & strong work ethic
- Fall Protection & First Aid certifications




- Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality roofing service, repairs, and installations on asphalt and metal roof systems.
- Troubleshoot leaks & diagnose roofing issues
- Perform roof final inspections on completed job sites and ensure quality and compliance
- Complete roofing installations as needed
- Operate equipment and safely haul equipment and trailers to and from job sites
- Complete metal prep work, perform site measurements and submit to office for order
- Material delivery /pickup and jobsite clean up
- Maintain safe job sites & proper PPE usage at all times
- Heavy lifting, ladder work & working at heights
- Assist with shop and yard organization, inventory & material prep
- Perform weekly vehicle inspections & maintain a clean, organized work vehicle
- Effective communication & customer service
- High level of reliability and accountability

- A 3‑month review will be conducted to ensure mutual alignment and satisfaction.
