In 1983, Choko Motorsports was established and began manufacturing snowmobile clothing. The demand for quality Choko product quickly grew and today, we are designing, manufacturing, and distributing apparel and accessories for the automotive industries and farming. What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Art Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and develop within a quick-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundational skillset, take initiative, and be comfortable executing projects from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities

In this Junior Graphic Designer role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Creating marketing materials including flyers, brochures, ads, and signage

· Assisting in the design and development of apparel graphics and product-related artwork

· Supporting the team with layout, revisions, and final production files

· Preparing files for print and production (including embroidery, screen printing, etc.)

· Following projects through from initial concept to final output in a timely manner

· Maintaining brand consistency across all designs and materials

· Conducting research to stay current with design trends and industry standards

· Collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines and project requirements

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design (or related field)





· 1–3 years of relevant design experience (internships or co-op experience considered)

· Robust proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (must be highly comfortable using both)

· Advanced working knowledge of Mac-based systems

· Ability to create clean, professional layouts for print materials

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Willingness to learn and take direction while contributing ideas

· Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

· Effective communication and teamwork skills

· Must be legally eligible to work in Ontario

· Must have reliable daily transportation

Additional Requirements:

· Portfolio is required and must demonstrate relevant design work (flyers, brochures, layouts, etc.)
