Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Cabinet Designer and Inside Sales professional to join our team. This role combines creative design expertise with strong sales skills to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality cabinetry solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside and inside sales, proficiency with design software like Mozaik and Cabinet Vision, and a solid understanding of renovation, construction, and retail environments. Sales experience are a plus. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where organizational skills, communication, and product knowledge are essential for success.

Duties

- Collaborate with clients to understand their cabinetry needs, preferences, and budgets through effective communication.
- Create detailed cabinet designs using Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, and other design tools to visualize custom solutions.
- Conduct product demos to showcase cabinetry options, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Manage inside sales activities including order processing via POS systems, and account management.
- Engage in outside sales efforts by developing new client relationships and maintaining existing accounts through negotiation and upselling techniques.
- Assist customers with merchandising strategies and provide expert advice on renovation and construction projects.
- Perform high-end sales consultations, emphasizing product quality,



customization options, and project timelines.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and project details to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in inside sales, retail sales, or high-end product sales; outside sales experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Mozaik, Cabinet Vision software, POS systems, and basic math skills for measurements and estimates.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of renovation, construction processes, merchandising, and product demos related to cabinetry or home improvement is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients across diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
