Bestway Donlands Cleaners is looking for a Customer Service representative (part time) at our very busy east end dry cleaners. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Take orders with accurate itemization of customers clothing
- Tag incoming clothes for processing
- Handling / providing alteration instructions
- Sorting clothes
- Answering telephone inquiries
- Handle customer questions
- Bagging and quality control of completed orders
- Pricing orders
