POSITION SUMMARY:

As part of our Event Services team, our Parking Attendants ensure all guests entering our parkade receive excellent service. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.

A typical shift includes:

- Safely directing vehicles into and out of the parkade during ingress and egress before and after events at Rogers Arena
- Verifying all vehicles entering the parkade via tickets, parking passes, and guest lists
- Directing vehicles to allocated parking stalls
- Providing exceptional customer service to all season ticket members and guests of Rogers Arena
- Responding to guest issues and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
- Staying up to date on safety and emergency procedures
- Reporting event incidents to Duty Manager as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be able to work weeknights, weekends,



and holidays with a start time of approximately 4:30pm
- Must be able to stand, walk, and ascend stairs for the duration of the shift
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction with the ability to respond promptly and effectively to customer’s needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact positively and professionally with a diverse customer base and staff at all levels
- Excellent problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Confident, friendly, approachable, outgoing, team player
- Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit with a minimum of 8 months of validity remaining
- This is an onsite role at Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver
