Route Manager / Home Service Professional

Location: Richmond, BC
Schedule: Approximately 25–35 hours per week
Compensation: $21–$24 per hour

MOLLY MAID Richmond is looking for a dependable, positive and hardworking Route Manager to join our team of cleaning professionals. You will work with a teammate to provide high-quality residential cleaning services while helping manage the daily route, communicate with clients and maintain professional service standards.

If you enjoy staying active, working independently and taking pride in a job well done, this could be the opportunity for you.

Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but it is not required. We provide paid, on-the-job training to help you succeed.

What you will do

- Travel with a teammate to clients’ homes throughout Richmond
- Lead and manage the daily cleaning route
- Professionally clean multiple homes each day
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize assigned areas




- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
- Follow MOLLY MAID cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Support and motivate your cleaning partner
- Handle clients’ homes and belongings with care and respect
- Complete required cleaning documentation
- Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment and the company vehicle
- Help ensure each client receives consistent, high-quality service

Who we are looking for

- Can work independently without direct supervision
- Are comfortable performing a physically active job
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are interested in working approximately 25–35 hours per week
- Have a valid driver’s licence
- Can provide a clean criminal record check
- Live in Richmond or can reliably commute to the required meeting location
- Are interested in developing your leadership skills and advancing within the business

Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping,



room attendance, client service or team leadership is an asset, but not required.
