What we’re looking for from you – If this describes you, we’d love to meet!
- 2+ years directly related experience in the oil & gas industry
- Reliable data entry skills, knowledge of warehousing, material handling and distribution
- Knowledge of packing lists & P.O’s
- MS Excel or Google Sheets experience
- Valid Skid steer and Telehandler tickets are a requirement
Responsibilities:
Inventory
- Ensuring that inventory management complies with company policies and industry regulations
- Managing documentation related to inventory transactions, including invoices, receipts, and shipping documents
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions in the database
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and deliveries
- Managing and tracking inbound and outbound shipments
Shipping/Receiving
- Unloading inbound freight carriers and ensuring accurate counts and product identification of product in storage location
- Examining articles for accuracy, discrepancy & tagging according to company policies
- Checking material received against provided packing slip supplied by vendor
- Tracking materials being received
