Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Bartenders to elevate our beverage program and delight our guests with expertly crafted cocktails during both dinner and late-night shifts. As a Bartender at our Mediterranean supper club, you'll be integral to creating unforgettable moments for our patrons, whether they're enjoying a leisurely dinner or experiencing the vibrant energy of our late-night scene. We're looking for individuals who are adept at mixology, possess a strong understanding of flavor profiles, and excel in delivering top-notch service even during the most bustling hours.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests warmly and engage with them to understand their preferences.
- Craft a diverse range of cocktails with precision and creativity, showcasing your expertise in mixology.
- Ensure efficient and timely service at the bar, maintaining high standards even during peak hours.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage orders.
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor,



providing recommendations and personalized experiences to guests.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, adhering to cash-handling procedures.
- Stay updated on beverage trends, new ingredients, and techniques to continually enhance our offerings.
- Adapt to the fast-paced setting of late-night service, prioritizing efficiency without compromising quality.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with attentiveness and professionalism.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume establishment is essential.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, including classic and contemporary recipes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and using POS systems.
- Smart Serve certification is required.
- Must be available to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
