Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate has experience in food preparation and service, with a passion for creating delicious meals in a fast-paced environment. Duties

- Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, including chopping, slicing, and measuring
- Cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food plating and presentation to ensure visual appeal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and utensils
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations




- Adhere to all health regulations and restaurant policies

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic cooking techniques
- Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to quality service
- Prior experience with serving customers is a plus but not required

Pay: $18.10-$21.50 per hour
