Purpose-Driven LPN Opportunity – Northern Moncton Region – Bilingual (English/French) Required

Are you a dedicated and skilled LPN seeking a position where your abilities truly count? Picture yourself delivering focused, one-on-one care in a warm retirement community, with the scheduling flexibility and attractive compensation that put you in control of your career.

RPI Consulting Group is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses for a fulfilling long-term relief assignment. This is more than a typical shift—it’s a chance to form meaningful relationships with residents in a calm, community-oriented environment located roughly one hour north of Moncton, with the reassurance of steady, ongoing work.

Here’s how we support your work-life balance:

- Balanced Scheduling: Work just 2–3 consecutive night shifts per week (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM), each lasting 12 hours, leaving plenty of time to rest and recharge.
- Strong Pay: Earn $45–$50/hour—a wage that values your expertise.
- Hassle-Free Arrangements: Accommodations are available if needed, making this opportunity workable for local candidates or those happy to travel.
- One Consistent Location: You’ll be placed at a single site, allowing you to develop strong connections with residents and colleagues without moving between facilities.
- Clear Commitment: The role starts as a 1-month contract, with the potential for extensions for those who thrive.

Please note: Full bilingual proficiency in English and French is required to connect effectively with residents and their families.

What You’ll Do Each Day:
As an LPN, you’ll be the dependable, reassuring presence our residents count on. Your duties will include:

- Delivering comprehensive general nursing care—from addressing minor injuries like slips, falls, and fatigue to skilfully handling medical emergencies.
- Executing physician orders accurately and promptly, always prioritizing patient well-being.
- Tracking and documenting resident conditions, including symptom checks and reporting significant observations.
- Keeping the setting safe and clean while managing supplies responsibly.
- Working with the care team and maintaining thorough daily records to ensure seamless care.

What You Bring:

- Active LPN registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick.
- Completion of a recognized two-year post-secondary nursing program.
- At least 1 year of recent experience in Long-Term Care, a Nursing Home, or a hospital environment.
- Valid CPR/AED, Standard First Aid, and up-to-date liability/malpractice insurance.
- Solid critical thinking, decision-making, and organizational abilities—calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player who treats all residents with respect.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.

Important: This placement is managed by RPI Consulting Group, a staffing agency. We’re here to connect you with this rewarding opportunity and support you during the assignment.
