We are a well-established Kubota dealership with a strong and experienced parts team, and we are currently looking to add a Parts Advisor to support our continued growth.

In this role, you will assist customers and service technicians with parts identification, sourcing, and sales across a wide range of equipment including lawn & garden, tractors, and construction equipment. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position with opportunities for career growth within our dealership.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide professional and courteous customer service in person, by phone, and online
- Identify and source parts using manufacturer catalogues and electronic lookup systems
- Support service technicians with accurate and timely parts supply
- Promote and suggest maintenance-related items (filters, oils, lubricants, etc.)
- Receive, process, and stock incoming parts orders




- Maintain organized and visually appealing merchandising displays
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work setting

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role preferred
- Experience or familiarity with power equipment (lawn & garden, agriculture, construction, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using computers and parts lookup systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing required tasks (bending, reaching, etc.)
- Availability for rotating Saturdays
