About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our guests throughout their ownership experience. You'll build lasting relationships by providing expert advice, communicating repairs clearly, and ensuring every guest receives the premium level of service expected from the Genesis brand.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests professionally and create an exceptional first impression.
- Listen carefully to guest concerns and accurately document repair requests.
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Provide regular updates throughout the service process.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Deliver completed vehicles and explain work performed.
- Build long-term guest relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed guest satisfaction and sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and follow dealership policies and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications





- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred.
- Luxury automotive experience is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills and experience with dealership management systems.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
