Truckbud is an on-demand delivery platform connecting customers and retailers with vetted local drivers for same-day large item delivery.

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to own the technical direction of a platform that is already live, already generating revenue, and already growing organically. This is not a feature ticket role. You will work directly with the founder, make real architectural decisions, and build the systems that take Truckbud from one city to many.

What you will build:

- A native driver & user mobile app
- Automated Stripe Connect payouts and pre-authorization payment flow
- Multi-city infrastructure
- Energetic AI pricing engine
- Automated dispatch
- B2B retail API.

We are looking for someone with three or more years of full-stack experience, strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript,



and comfort with serverless infrastructure. Mobile experience is a strong plus. Startup DNA is required.

This role comes with equity, direct founder access, and real ownership over the technical decisions that shape this platform for years. Manitoba-based, hybrid.
