- Crescent Valley, BC Terus Construction is seeking Operator Assistants for their Asphalt Plant in Crescent Valley, British Columbia.

This role involves supporting the highway crew with safe and efficient plant operations, frequent travel, and hands-on maintenance.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to grow within a high-performance, unionized environment.

What You'll Need Class 5 Driver's License required
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in heavy equipment operation
Basic mechanical ability an asset
Ability to travel as required
Physically able to lift and carry 50 lbs repetitively
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must comply with company's drug and alcohol testing requirements
Use of personal protective equipment required
