IDP is looking for an experienced mechanic to accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain our customers’ trucks. This hands-on position ensures safety and efficiency, supporting our operational goals. Your ability to work collaboratively with the service team will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability
- Diagnose and repair brake, engine, and transmission issues
- Maintain clear documentation of service performed
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders
- Share technical expertise with junior mechanics
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant mechanic experience
- Solid knowledge of diesel engines and electrical diagnostics
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team setting
- Possession of a valid Saskatchewan driver’s license
- Physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs
