In this field-based position, you will support Clearwater Structures with essential health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and internal policies. This role demands a proactive individual with at least three years of experience in heavy civil construction, dedicated to fostering a safe work workplace across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support safety operations across multiple Ontario regional sites
- Conduct workplace and project inspections regularly




- Address safety concerns raised by field personnel
- Monitor subcontractor compliance and documentation
- Facilitate employee safety training and orientations

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years in heavy civil construction
- Strong knowledge of Ontario safety regulations
- Diploma or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
- Proficient with Site Docs and Microsoft Office
- Valid G Driver’s License and field presence required
